Monterey Bay Aquarium Exhibit Reopens

DailyAquatics.com – Back in April, DA had the opportunity to go behind the scenes of the Monterey Bay Aquarium and enjoy the exhibits (Visit our Flickr Stream HERE). The experience was amazing, except for one tiny detail, their million gallon exhibit which housed a Great White Shark at times was closed for renovation. It was suggested the big Tuna’s in the exhibit created so much turbulence and force the tiles were falling off, what I heard was the Sea Turtle was snacking on them as well. Either way, we still had an amazing time and really enjoyed looking at the many exhibits at the aquarium.

Monterey Bay Aquarium Tour

DailyAquatics.com recently had the opportunity to tour the Monterey Bay Aquarium in Monterey, CA. The aquarium has been a leader in showcasing the underwater world though exhibits designed to capture the hearts and minds of its visitors. The aquarium has an extensive rehabilitation project with Sea Otters and in the past they showcased Great White Sharks.
