    Thank you very much for posting this. I can’t tell you the difficulty I have been having with this.

    So far my issue was that the firmware for the VDMs where out of date. The first one updated without an issue, the second is not. It is still OLD and the “firmware will update in 10 secs” is about 5 hours old now.

    Any suggestions?

      David, we emailed you back regarding the firmware update. The best suggestion would be to disconnect the updated VDM and then update the OLD VDM module. This should correct the problem, I ran into this issue using the WXM module updating firmware for the Vortech units. I updated one and the second wouldn’t update. I then turned the other unit off and it updated in 15 sec. Good luck and let us know if that doesn’t solve your issue.
